As a user, you can contact the PPG technical consultant directly via the app. The technical consultant has the opportunity to watch live video via your phone and save images. Thus, the current challenge can often be solved without a physical visit to the site, but only via the phones audio, pictures and video. Fast and efficient.

How to do it:

- Open PPG Technical Service app and log in. If you do not already have a login, click "Create User", fill out the form and send the request. You will receive an email when your login has been created.

- Call us via one touch on the screen.

- You get in touch with a free technician.

- Via the phone you can explain your problem. You also have the option to turn on video, where you can show the technician details via your phones camera. Simply hold the phone towards what you want to display. The technician sees the live video on his screen and has the ability to take still pictures while you are talking.
